I’ll set up the machines everyday during my shift. I set up 10 different machines a day. I’ll also inspect the machines to make sure they were all accurate. I access 10 or more machines per shift leveraging a 20 point calibration check list to ensure 100% accuracy. During my shift I’ll run test on the machines I was working on.

I’ll also execute weekly testing procedures on all machines to ensure accuracy. I fixed issues when they came up and also troubleshooting and resolve an average of 5 issues per shift. I feed raw materials into machines and manually feed an average of 200 raw materials into the machines per shift. I also review and record and kept records.

I also track, analyze, performance and other data to ensure that there was 100% accuracy and performance. I maintain activity logs and record daily weekly and monthly activity to assess and forecast performance of the machines. I also clean up the machines and my work space.
