• Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline
• Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance.
• Set standards in Pick department by breaking site records in rates and production. Pick rates exceeded the 340-company goal. I along with my team hit a pick rate of 360, a new site record.
• Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area. I collaborated with Senior Management to come with a solution for storing dirty, broken, and virtual dirty totes around electrical panels. A new 5s location was created for removing broken equipment from the site.
• Support the Area Manager and Associates. I assist in completing audits and coaching to improve production rates and quality. I have improved rates in 2 departments by over 100%. I have been part of a team that broke site records during Peak Season for production rates and quality.
• Understand workflow and daily production goals. I have been in two different process path that has a grave affect of how the operations flow at the site. I understand the importance of staffing correctly and how it affects the volume of production during each shift. I also learned the importance of creating tickets for equipment to be fixed in a timely manner.
