Worked at Time Warner Communications for +15yrs in various positions as listed below. Approached to be the Manager of Design & Drafting for a startup fiber optic company called Fibertech Networks. I proudly worked for Fibertech for +15yrs creating, setting up, and maintaining our AutoCAD Map 3D GIS Oracle database and hiring an outstanding team to help build our fiber network. Fibertech started out with a 50-million-dollar loan and sold for a 1.9 billion cash deal 15 years later. My team and I managed all the facilities; fiber design, utility pole strand mapping, drafting permits & as-builts using AutoCAD Map 3D, Lode Data Corp 3rd party (fiber & coaxial) design, and Oracle server. I managed the GIS spatial (roads, municipal boundaries, RR, hydrography, etc.…) drafting database. I maintained 45 editing (drafting & fiber management seats) and 103 fiber viewers, local and remote workstations. I did have a setback in 2016, I had to have emergency neck surgery. I returned into the workforce with full capacity in June of 2018. HFC DESIGNER/ CONSTRUCTION, CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS Currently working with Charter Communications Designing & Drafting Fiber Coax designs and BAU projects. Trained on the following software: Magellan, MQMS, PRISM, NITRO Pro, and Creating RDC trouble tickets. Worked on High Splits QC’ing & correcting field notes from Construction Contractors using the Magellan software. Our NE Regional HFC Design/ Construction Dept was relocated and was offered to work in the ROC (on phones) for “B & C” shifts. OCTOBER 2022 – JANUARY 2023

FTTH DESIGNER/ CONSTRUCTION, COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC Worked for COMCAST Cable for a 3-month contract to perform quality control & changing out actives for their roll out of their high-speed internet service. Used their Fiber/ Coax proprietary AutoCAD software. Also helped with designing cable extensions & BAU work. Work was very similar to Charter Communications workload. MAY 2022 – JULY 2022

OUTSIDE PLANT ENGINEER, THE DDS COMPANIES

Worked with The DDS Companies drafting NYS PERM-75 & NYS PERM-32 State fiber optic and coaxial permits using DDS’s ArcGIS, AutoCAD Map 3D, and their 3rd party scripts. Any utility work within NYS’s R.O.W. requires a highway work permit from the utility company, whether it is for construction & installation of facilities, or for repairs and maintenance.

I worked fulltime as a direct hire for RAMTeCH Software Solutions Standards Team assisting their Permits Team in India on any technical questions that they may have generating permits for our Project Managers in North America. I worked with many high-end utility companies on their aerial & underground projects. Our standards team created onboarding training documents and videos for all RAMTeCH’s new hires in India and North America. They also use these training documents and videos as a source to go to if the Permits team have any questions. If they have a new question, they create a ticket and submit it to our standards team. FIELD CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR, VERTEK, LLC

Worked Full-Time for VerTek, LLC as their Field Construction Supervisor first on their Greenlight Networks project, then on their NYS Broadband Program delivering high-speed Internet access to unserved and underserved areas of New York State at speeds of 100 Mbps in most areas, and 25 Mbps in the most remote areas. Worked with OSP aerial and underground contractor crews daily. Supervised each crew regarding their daily strand or fiber optic routes.
