●Supply Chain Customers: Understand their needs, then lead & develop ways to improve their inventory control via calls, faxes, e-mails (over 100+ daily), personal visits. Review & solve

problems +/or issues. Always have an answer --

●PO’s are entered, proofed, approved & stamped for production; Order wire as needed --

●Coordinate with shipping on deliveries, date changes, inventory control & month end --

●Provide customer updates when order change occurs; document all conversations --

●Make decisions with production manager on planning, coordinating, organizing machine

and production schedule +/or workload. Find a way to expedite for faster turnaround --

●Verify prints for accuracy; advise customer if a revision change is required --
