● Worked on the LIMA project at OQ chemical in bay city, Tx.
● Started from ground up on two buildings.
● Ran rigid conduit, used fittings such as LL's, LR's, T's, TB's, and Lb's, bent offsets, 90's, and saddles using a Chicago bender.
● operated scissor lifts to do all the work at heights, tied off 100%, and performed operator checklist.
● Pulled wire to multiple circuits for lighting, exit signs, and thermostat.
● Terminated splices, and in the panels.
● Hung exit signs and overhead lighting, making sure lights were leveled, and secured properly.
● Read drawings, planned the conduit runs, and where our emergency lights would be.
● installed 3 way switches, receptacles, 1300 boxes.
● wired up RTD transmitters.

● Completed a Shutdown at the seamless pipe building plant Tenaris in bay city.
● Welded using mostly stick rod on pipe and structural materials.
● Fabricated, and made many repairs on machinery around the facility.
● I made critical welds on overhead cranes, furnaces, and rolling machinery.
● I maintained a safe working environment around myself and the crews I was working with.
● Filled out a job safety analysis before every job, made sure we always had a proper hot work permit, and always locked out before arriving at the site.

• Hire on test was 2” Nickel with Ni-1 using GTAW, and 2” heavy wall carbon steel ER 70-s2 and 7018 combos.
• Welded many Tubes on a Nickel VCM Reactor at a VCM plant.
• Performed all duties required to get the reactor back up and running.
• Showed up on time every day, maintained a clean working environment. • Was a team player and worked smoothly with other welders and fitters.

• Worked 7 12’s on days and also on nights when asked to switch over
• Welded mostly chrome heavy wall butt welds, and socket welds with STICK, and Heli arc. 100% x rayed
• Made sure every weld I made was my best before being phase arrayed or x-rayed.
• Worked together and planned with my crew and pipe fitters to make sure of quality work and safety.
