I was asked to come in and put in together practices such as handbook, safety programs and to install programs to praise good work ethics. Handled grievance procedures from Step one to arbitration. Never lost an arbitration case in the three years I was in charge of union arbitration. However, very fair and installed safety procedures and proper protection safety equipment that was non-existent when arrived. First time this firm had a female that was in management. Instilled positive presence in the community.
