DIPLOMAT/CONSULAR PAKISTAN FOREIGN OFFICE ISLAMABAD I have been posted in two different Diplomatic Missions abroad as Consular Attache' where I was issuing visa to foreigners, travel documents such as passports to citizens upon expiry of expired passports and issued emergency passports to the distress citizens.provided assistance to citizens in emergencies, such as accidents, illness, or legal issues. Offered support to citizens who have been arrested or detained. Notarial services or legalisation of documents
Administered oaths and affirmations.
Witnessed signatures on documents. Issued birth, marriage, and death certificates for citizens abroad. Handled adoption cases involving citizens.
Assisted in cases of lost or stolen passports.
I was receiving, reviewing, and adjudicating visa applications. As think tank analyzed the country's public opinion and attitudes. I was developing policies. Evaluated foreign country's economic, political conditions and trends.
Generally provided support to clients and their family members in circumstances that include hospitalisation, arrest, death, welfare, whereabouts or crisis situations, and administrative functions, including processing clients different fee.

Treaties and Accords Enactments.
Engaged the preliminary discussions with host country representatives to outline the framework and objectives of the treaties. Worked on laws, regulations, and existing treaties. Analyzed the potential impact of the treaty on both the home and host countries. I have ensured the legal language of the treaty is clear, precise, and reflects the agreed terms. Collaborated with legal advisors to finalize the text of the treaty. Reviewed the implementation of the treaty's provisions once it is ratified.

1. I have been trained multiple times as an Accountant since I joined Foreign office in different Departments i have worked as an Accountant in Foreign Diplomatic Missions Abroad and in the Ministry of Foreign affairs Islamabad. 2. I have experience in Diplomatic Missions the Review and analysis of financial monthly statements. Budgeting and Financial Reports yearly and on monthly basis.
3. I have also the experiences of Reconciliation the monthly cash books (Receipt and Payment sides of the cash accounts) in order to scrutinies the Financial Embazzlements and Mall Functions in the treasury and exchequer I have full fledged command on Reconciliation of Financial Statements and Financial Reports. WORK EXPERIENCE
4. I have been worked in the Diplomatic Missions Abroad as Financial Advisor of the Ambassador and staff for Financial Forecasting and Risk Analysis and an anticipated budgeting allocation in different Heads of Accounts. 5. I have also the experiences of Financial Data Auditing and resolved monetary irregularities by using the best tools of modern budgeting.
6. I have also worked on tax related matters in the Finances and Accounts of the Diplomatic Missions Abroad. In this regard i have prepared the Tax Returns of the Employees both staff and Ambassadors. Furthermore, I have also advised the Diplomatic staff and Ambassadors about Tax related matters at home and abroad according to the current legislations.
7. All types of above mentioned Accounts work experience is through an automated systems or on computers systems softwares and manual registers.
