As a recent graduate from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and Atlantic Cape Community Culinary Institute with an associates degree in culinary arts, I’m confident that my knowledge and skill will be a great asset to your culinary leadership team.

In my former role as executive sous chef at the Veranhda assistant Living and Memery Care Center in the culinary department I was responsible for the entire operation of the kitchen and the flow of the product being produced and presented to the residents. While with staff being there I assisted in the teaching and training individuals that were interested in becoming cooks and possibly future chefs.
