CARITHAS INDIA-CBR (January 2014- Till date)
I joined the organisation as the programme officer. My main responsibilities are facilitating the capacity building of the partner NGOs. In CBRF we are associated with 82 NGO partners all over India. I oversee Maharashtra, Assam, Karnataka, Chattisgargh and West Bengal. Provide training for the partners for the Project planning and implementation, Prepare and focus the planner and budget mainly focused the Impact, outcome, and output.
