Jimmy John’s December 2023 to August 2024: As the General Manager I turned on all the computer monitor and the store computer system, in our sales goals for the day, looked at labor from previous day, count and put the cash drawers into the registers, turned ovens on, put the bread trays in, the oven, set up the cold table and check to see what veggies and meats needed to be sliced for the shift, make and complete all catering orders for that day, greet customers as they enter and exit, make sandwich orders as they are placed. I also placed weekly inventory orders through SYSCO O&H Produce and Alliance Produce, entered invoices into the computer system, made the schedule, and communicated with my employees about new sandwiches or wraps that were going to be coming out soon, and had weekly meetings with the area supervisor and owner regarding sales, food costs and labor. Papa John’s Pizza June 2023 to November 2023: As a closing manager I greeted customers as they entered the store and answered any questions they had on daily specials or items on the menu. Took and placed customers orders whether in person or over the phone. Helped on the makeline and oven. Ordered, received and posted inventory orders. Cashed out drivers and in-stores tips for the night. Made bank deposits after counting the register and safe and closed down the stores system.

Timberland September 2022 to June 2023: I was a sales associate and greeted customers as they entered and exited the store. Answered customers' questions regarding and current sales that were being advertised. Replenished merchandise that was low and helped with floor resets. Rang up customers purchases and up-sell shoe care products.

Target May 2014 to March 2015: Answer questions on merchandise or the location, ring up merchandise being purchased by customer, process payment by cash, check, credit card. Also signing up customers for a target red card. Showed customers where ad items were and took go backs to their proper place.

Ventura College Student Health Center August 2013 to June 2014: Greeted each patient as they walked in, checked them in for their scheduled appointment, followed HIPPA guidelines, answered phones, took messages for the doctor, made new patient files and entered them into the system, kept waiting area clean and pamphlets were stocked, did daily filing, faxing and copying, and checked the mail.

Ventura College Student Business Office September 2012 to August 2013: Assisted with clerical duties such as copying, faxing, and filing, took in students payments by cash, credit card and check for class registration and parking pass, handled incoming phone calls as well as sorting distributing and sending mail correspondence and answered students questions regarding their student portal.

Ventura College EOPS Office September 2009 to November 2011: Greeted students as they entered the office, had them sign in for their counseling appointments, answered multi-phone lines, took and relayed messages to the counselors from the students, scheduled counseling appointments for the students, helped students with early registration, pull students files for next day appointments and made friendly reminder calls, along with filing, copying and faxing that was left by counselors.

CVS Pharmacy Technician-October 2007 to July 2008: Entered patients new prescriptions into the system that were dropped off or called in by the doctor, filling and labeling prescriptions, handled insurance problems such as refill too soon or prescription needed a prior authorization, answered incoming calls from patients and doctors offices patients medication, faxed doctors offices for prescription refills and prior authorization, looked and rung up patients prescriptions.

Walgreens Pharmacy Technician-June 2005 to May 2007: Answered incoming calls from patients and doctors offices with refill requests or questions about a dosage of medication, assisted the pharmacist with filling and labeling prescriptions, helped patients look for medications that were over the counter, double checked the prescription was filled and labeled with the correct mediation and directions, enter new prescriptions that were dropped off by patients, put away the weekly order, filed prescriptions away, put prescriptions back into stock that had not been picked up in 7 days, verified person picking up prescriptions.
