- I have been rotating in various clinical departments as follows; Medical Department
• Carried out efficient patient reception and monitoring of vital signs.
• Assessed and prioritized patient`s needs as well as established individualized nursing care plan for each patient accordingly.
• Carried out insertion of intravenous catheters, urinary catheters and nasogastric intubations.
• Carried out proper administration of parenteral medications (i.e., intravenous, intramuscular, intradermal, subcutaneous and intra rectal). Surgical Department
