Designed, developed and managed two successful business enterprises for the logistics division consisting of a fleet of owner operators and 3rd party carriers supplying 6.6mm tons of aggregate, and a department that assumed control of the onboarding process for a fleet of over 1000 contractors and over 500 employees reducing onboarding time from over 30 days to less than 5. Conceptualized and implemented a fuel surcharge schedule as a preemptive tool 3-years prior to the 2021/2022 fuel cost spikes. The program was rolled out across the entire US.
