I pulled beds that cx’s are not using anymore and store cx property that’s left behind . I interviewed with cxs and pair them with a case manager that best suits there issues . I have knowledge with disability cx’s mental health substance abuse . I've worked as client specialist for a year then I got promoted to be a supervisor that contains work far as the front desk of the actually rescue mission answering calls making sure my staff is doing what they are supposed to do far as making sure that the daily duties are getting fulfilled I answered calls from DSS to either see if they are approved or denied shelter I would set up intakes for my staff to complete once the client arrives . I would set up meetings with my staff to discuss any issue or changes that needs to be made within the rescue mission .

Ksr was a great company, this was a company where i was not answering inbound calls everything was outbound we would call different companies that were shipping with fed ex company we would ask if they where available to take a 15 minute survey before we proceed we would ask shipping manager 3 basic questions example how many shipments a week goes out with fedex or do you use freight shipping, those things would determine if they are liable to take the survey, taking this survey is determining on how fed ex is and the feed back we get from different companies helps fed ex fix any issues or areas, the mangers gets up to a 100$ gift card after the survey just for there time ..i would take about 200 calls a day of outbound calls
