I have a clear understanding that we are not simply building new homes in our industry. We are building long term relationships, and I take that very seriously. I can professionally manage and sell multiple communities simultaneously. I am as comfortable selling acreage and custom homes, as I am selling townhomes. My paperwork is precise and detailed. I am well versed regarding positive selling techniques, and customer service. I can as easily sell off blueprints and floor plans as well as sell in a model home setting, I have developed long term client, broker, and lender relationships. I have the background and know how to manage all aspects of the new home building process. I write contracts, with a strong construction base of knowledge, and in a manner that easily explains the process from contract thru settlement. I have assisted many clients through the entire selection process, and I have also personally decorated (2) builder’s models. I am a quick learner and can think out of the new home sales box when necessary. I understand land development, as well as land purchasing. I have always maintained a positive relationship with all my site superintendents and being a team player is important to me. I believe that doing a good job simply matters. I take my job seriously, however, I am flexible, and I do like to create a positive sales environment.
