Lockbox is receivables service offered by the Commercial Bank in which mailed payments and remittance made payable to a Bank customer or internal departments are directed to a post office box that Bank has access to. Treasury Center services lockbox department is a high-volume and high dollar area which involves numerous audits and reviews. Lockbox application is an image-based processing system and services are designed to create efficiencies for customers’ receivables reconciliation process.

Project Description:

Software Test Engineer in Online digital banking. Performing steps to test the batch files for TCF online vendor using ETL process. There were batch files generated from different core systems like Deposit, Teller, Cards and Customer. Further ETL process would consume these files and update the DB. As part of this project the format of records in files were tested. Once the ETL process was completed the records were cross checked in DB to make sure records from files are transferred correctly. Any issues was tracked as defect and retested for sign off for production deployments.
