Description: A system that supports hospitals and clinics in connecting with patients to monitor and support health-related issues. Additionally, the system allows patients to self-monitor and manage their health status.
Responsibilities:
Research and propose solutions for some system features. Write specifications for features (BPMN, User Story, Use Case, Wireframe, Functional Specification Document).
Draw Wireframe for some features (using Figma).
Participated in UAT activities.
Prepare other documents such as purchasing policies, in-app payment policies, and system introduction slides for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Survey the current status of the department in order to understand the demand for software.
Create initial software design such as ERD, DFD, Use case diagram.

Responsibilities:
Survey the current situation, collect data from the Faculty, and find solutions to the problem.
Discuss with team and lecturer to create an initial modules for the software
Analyze and create initial software designs using ERD, DFD, Use Case diagrams, Sequence diagrams, etc.
Research algorithms to use in the application.
