Familiar with NACE MR 0175, pipe wall thickness calculations, test pressure calculation & flange rating selection as per ASME B 16.5. Good knowledge & understanding of process equipment, design practices, construction practices and procedures.

Good knowledge of various dimensional & material standards (such as API, ASME, ASTM etc) of pipe, pipe fittings, flanges etc. Extensive knowledge of various codes and industry standards. Good knowledge of cement lined, internally coated and jacketed piping.

Good experience of preparation and reviewing contractor’s basis of design, piping datasheets, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, various vendor documents related to valves, flanges, pipes, fittings, & special piping materials.

Familiar with inspection & quality control activities of piping including ITP &NDT methods.
