Provided technical support for constructability reviews, change orders, project coordination, and pay estimates for three US Naval bases located in the North Chicago area. Managed the largest minority construction contract award for a 10-story bachelor enlisted quarters. Liaison for CEO, and dispatched to Manila Philippines to negotiate labor contracts, and recruit approx. 300 technical, and custodial staff for the four Saudi Projects. Dispatched to Bahrain Project for the start - up planning phase for Saudi Projects. Primary tasks for each start – up were to locate, and negotiate local housing contracts, interface with local government relations, and base commanders, direct building, and facility electrical and mechanical systems inspection. Wrote subsequent technical reports, including the presentation to RSAF Commanders. Developed standardized facility systems training programs for staff in each project start up. Conducted all staff training for each project.

Assigned to Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO) as construction task force member in the development of three construction camps project sites located in Dhahran North, Abqaiq, and Shedgum Arabia. Direct supervision of contractor compliance to plan, and specifications for support facilities, recreation fields, swimming pools, road expansion, sewer lagoons.

Carpenter Foreman

San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transportation Project (BART). The tunnel connected San Francisco and Oakland California via tube under the bay, and Market Street under ground tunnel construction. As a carpenter foreman my four (4) crews built concrete and wood pilings shoring up below Market Street. Erected approx. 40-foot-high metal scaffolding for tunnel cavity forms, assisted in concrete pours, including the demolition of tunnel forms.
