Executive Administrative Assistant:

My duties as Executive Administrative assistant can be summarized by saying that I did everything it

took to run a busy office of 25 investment professionals. I provided administrative support for the

whole company, including the Managing Director’s, CFO, Director and Vice President’s. I had to

constantly prioritize and execute multiple tasks, while running the front office reception and answering

a busy 12 line phone system. I created and produced the majority of various company and client

documents from design, to editing, production, and finally packing and shipping. I was often given last

minute tasks with little to no guidance, so I had to be resourceful, efficient and a good problem solver.

Some of my responsibilities:

● Document and spreadsheet creation, editing and production. Includes corporate and client

presentations (Master Report, Quarterly Reports, Manager Searches and RFP’s), organizational

charts, financial spreadsheets, correspondence, merged mailings.

● Maintained the firm’s office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering and service records.

● Occasionally assisted with minor accounting and bookkeeping.

● Planned and executed office and client functions like meetings, luncheons, parties, etc.

● Computer, printer and software support, inventory and service records.

● Database creation and maintenance, data entry.

● Travel Itineraries and scheduling for company executives.

● Incoming and outgoing packages, mail sorted and distributed for office.

● Reception, waiting room maintenance and phones.
