Conducted thorough inspections using CMM and various precision equipment to ensure outsourced orders conform to engineering specifications.
• Lead Inspector for Teledyne's machine shop department, responsible for first article inspection, in-process inspection, first piece inspection, and final inspection. Utilized CMM and other precision equipment to maintain production conformity.
• Developed CMM programs with Zeiss Calypso software for receiving inspection and machine shop's manufactured parts.
