ASSOCIATES IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 2007
University of Phoenix
I held a 4.0 GPA throughout my entire degree program as I learn all of the basics of information technology. I can build computers parts as well as install all programs needed to run as well as specialized programs. I can work remotely without issue to repair problems as they occur and virus decryption and removal was an exciting and challenging course I excelled at. I also attended classes in business management and customer service.
EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP
Although I tend to work better in a solo environment, I also excel when in leadership roles. I managed a team of six other technicians and took our team from the bottom of the regional scores to the top five within a year. I taught them positive sales practices and how to build better customer relations, as well as how to complete jobs in a more satisfactory way. I am organized and can learn new skills and easily teach them to others quickly and efficiently.
