Responsible for managing all cashiers in all front end positions as well as managing Customer Service, Return Desk and Pick-up desk. Making sure all internet orders are pulled from shelves and ready for customers. Maintaining all merchandise that is sold on the front end is stocked and shelves are correctly set up. Making sure the store is opened every morning and all necessary safety items are correct and in place. Responsible for loading all registers with cash, including adding all monies as needed throughout the day, including pulling extra monies for safe. Responsible for responding to all requests for over rides necessary to mark items down. Responsible for coordinating all lunch and breaks for the cashiers and customer service.
