Reduced the die setting time from 30 mins to 15 mins in spm Tube cutting and 15 mins by using limit gauge hight reduced SMED concept.

SPP Achieved for Spot per persons in projection welding machine

SPM Achieved in pipe bending Line from 5.6 to 8.5 SPM

Done cost saving of 15 lakhs by saving end bit RM and used for different small parts – RM reuse Done cost saving through Pitch reduction for various parts.

Done cost saving through operation elimination through jig modification.

8 Times Cost saving of about 55 lakh rupees/annum by RM yield improvements and reduce unwanted operations in tools.

Preparing capacity planning (monthly/yearly) for all the lines based on the customer plan. Capacity utilization, reduction in lead time and ensuring cost effective out put through constant production improvement.

Preparing Budget and Investment Planning(monthly/yearly).Monitoring and control of manufacturing costs and overheads, against the budgeted levels

Review the Production/RM planning (Daily/weekly/monthly) based on customer requirement.

Review weekly actual performance and took corrective and improvement action for major cause. Optimum utilization of all the equipment’s, facilities and personnel at the factory to meet the performance requirement.

Monthly inventory carried out and reconciliation report preparation

Continuously monitoring Schedule Adherence & Volume adherence level to satisfy the customer.

Preparing Daily reports & loss analysis, corrective & preventive actions on the non-conformances in the regular operations.

Facilitator for the Quality circles & continuous improvements projects.

Maintaining quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps & taking corrective / preventive action.

Preparing and Presenting the monthly MRM.

Guided the team members to participate in employee involvement team meetings for suggestions and implementation.
