09/2010 -10/2018 Jonh Souls Foods/Proview Foods, Quality Control Assistant Technician, at

the beginning started on the plant taking temperatures and measurements on the yield on the product,

after that l got move to the laboratory, I was on charge off Lab testing for Salmonella, Listeria, E. Coli plus

other bacteria.

Record lab data including all lab formulas, Document control, Sample management, result reviews

Microsoft word and excel. Lab technician lead.
