I have had the distinct pleasure to know and work with Michelle for over 15 years. Whether it was her time in the cardiac interventional or electrophysiology suites, Michelle has always been an exemplary employee. While at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Michelle has held many roles; team leader, manager of lab inventory, establishing relationships with outside vendors, and overseeing employee scheduling. She has tackled these roles, which one can image aren’t always easy, responsibly, gracefully and with the utmost professionalism. Michelle is punctual, flexible, always engaging and committed to her professional craft. Working in healthcare, one of the most important roles we engage in daily is interacting with patients and their families, something Michelle is amazing at. Beyond her ability to be an excellent employee, Michelle is a kind, loving, patient and generous lady. She is a great person. I have no reservations regarding Michelle and am honored to provide her my highest recommendation for employment, wherever she decides to continue her employment career.
