•Persuaded peer level Directors to encourage staff to use Vocera communication devices. Obtained funding for 10 new devices, batteries, and charging hardware to pilot on one of the nursing units. Approved budget $6,000.
•Managed a team of 5 analysts, educators and clinical informaticists.
•Stayed within a 370,000 departmental operating budget since hire date.
