Key accomplishments: Consultative Selling
• While working at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor, prospected and established a relationship and built rapport with small company with a 401k plan of assets in excess of 20 million dollars. Established and Managed cross-functional relationships with c-level executives, employees and Human Resources. We were able to reduce their 401k fees by 15% and increased portfolio return of the plan by 23%. Assisted individuals and companies with planned and in-kind giving utilizing annuities and trusts.
• As the Director of Development (as a consultant) with Avanti Sports Medicine, I was employed to help expand Avanti’s brand. Established a relationship with the San Francisco Symphony. As a result, the SF Symphony will be placing Avanti’s brochure in the program for the performers.
• As a parent, asked to chair the “Men’s Breakfast” for the Rosa Parks Elementary School PTA. With a budget of $200, we were able to raise $6100 in the span of 5 hours serving pancake breakfast. We served the community as well as the school families.

I filed my documents with the assistance of Legal Zoom and received my EIN number, I became incorporated in 2018. I am currently in the development stages and next we will beta test. It is my intention to approach local and national businesses to subscribe to the app.
Regional Development Officer 02/25/2019 to 08/13/19 Mothers Against Drunk Driving
As the Development Officer for the Northern California region for the Mothers Against Drunk Driving I am responsible for strategic outreach, cultivation, and solicitation of donors giving $5,000-$99,999. In this role I work to grow the portfolio of major donors by prospecting among new contacts and lower-level donors; support organization-wide stewardship strategies; utilize the organization’s Salesforce database to maintain detailed records of donor relationships to build and support institutional collaboration; and help organize and support major-donor and prospect cultivation events in the Northern California Region. I am also asked to research, write and submit grants for possible award money: ie., State Farm Neighborhood Assistance Grant for $25,000.00.
