Direct Supervivsion over several different projects including West rock Mud drum project in Florence South Carolina. Had to reengineer all piping because no equipment drawings matched any structural drawings. Project total was 1.8 million and I had 376,000 on change orders at the end of outage. AZR plant in Mooresboro North Carolina. Direct supervision over 8 foreman and two general foreman over Expiditor and fab shop to coordinate when we needed materials to come to the field. We finished project 23 days early and acquired bonus.

We installed 1/2" to 72" stainless steel pipe for all systems. Also was involved with flushing,blowdown,and hydro. Walked systems down to be turned over to client. On phase two of project I was over second paper machine and all areas. Direct supervision of 9 foreman and 148 pipe hands. We installed 1/2"to. 72" stainless and carbon pipe. Also fabricated and installed pipe supports. Involved in flushing,blowdown,and hydro on all systems. Walk down on punchlist and turnover systems to Client on time. Planed and worked systems to stay on schedule to turnover on time. I hired in as welder and welded for first month and went into supervision.

All systems were Heavy wall of different types including Chrome, and Carbon. Also installed several different types of Thermo wells in boiler headers being F-11, F-22, P-9 and Carbonthroughout Boiler, following different procedures for each Header and Thermo well per specification. Also workedpunch list to turnover systems by P&IDs to Hydro boilerheaders.
