Project Coordinator and Assistant to the Gleim President 2022-2023
Provided daily tasks for the President of Gleim. Tasks varied from book various appointments, paid bills, filed and read through private documents and letters, created multiple PowerPoint presentations, grocery shopped, packaging and shipping items, critiqued emails, organized his computer and office, took his animals to the vet, purchased items or gifts for silent auctions, family, and partners who work closely with Gleim. Booked travel and made vehicle transportation arrangements, hotel reservations, and maintained his calendar of events.
Wrote an eighteen-week high school curriculum for remote pilot certification. It is intended to provide instructors guidance to teach students ages 14-18. The intention is for the high school instructors to abide by the FAA standards and Gleim’s resources, in order for their students to earn a Part 107 Certification by the end of the course and have the ability to fly drones legally and commercially.
Created two ancestry report portfolios of the President’s wife’s family dating back to the 1700’s. This project took a great amount of time, organization, preparation, planning, and personalization. The documentation and research were performed and provided by a business that specializes in this field. The main responsibility of the project was to compile the 200+ pages of family history, make it presentable, and put it in chronological order.
