Michael Franklin
RN Looking to Impress
Paducah, KY 42003
**************@*******.***
I had to have back and neck surgery in February 2018. I was disabled for 18 months following these surgeries. Starting August 2019, I moved to providing full time care for my father, who was on hospice care.
In October 2021, my daughter was a victim of a violent crime. She was murdered. Since that time, I have had to deal with all that is involved with a normal death, along with all of the legal ramifications. Her trial is set for October 20, 2024.
In September 2022, I was hired by Jackson Purchase Medical Center. However, after about a week back, I was aware that I was not able to maintain employment, due to my mental health and other reasons. I have received counseling and have a strong support system in place. Due to financial reasons, I am coming back to the workforce, looking for full time employment. I have been employed as an RN since 2012. I have worked in both critical care and on a med/surg unit. My patients and their health are my number one priority. I will do all I can to keep my patient safe, satisfied with their hospital experience, and to always be their advocate. I work as a team player for the health of all patients on the unit, to help my fellow nurses, and other staff. Authorized to work in the US for any employer

I worked as a floor nurse on a renal\vascular\bariatric unit. I cared for up to 8 patients per shift. I had to have surgery in February 2017. Unfortunately, I was not eligible for FMLA, due to not having been with Baptist Health for a year, so I was terminated. I am eligible for re-hire. RN
Lourdes Hospital-Paducah, KY

I worked in a critical care setting with cardiac and ICU patients of all varieties. This included patients on ventilators, CRRT, and many other treatment modalities.
