Certified nursing assistant

I have been cna for * years going on * do y’all help with getting a car I love to travel as a cna I currently work as a waitress cause I am trying to save for a car ?! I am very dependable. Work late! Hard worker ! I just need some help doing what I have passion for ! I got a great personality.. with the sign on money can we get me car with it ! Pleas I am want to come back to be a cna but got this problem standing in my way ! I have my drivers license also I live in North Carolina please try and and help me
