Another "yearly" responsibility was to take inventory, count products quickly, and accurately. The final responsibility is to order supplies for the hospital, and to keep track of the product(s) that are ordered.

Responsibilities consisted of training new staff members with the point of sale system as well as the processes and routines of the cashier position in addition to cashier duties when needed. Crew Trainers also have the responsibility to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly from opening to closing. The Crew Trainer issued cash drawers, logged employees into the point of sale system and was responsible for counting drawers at the end of the shift to ensure funds were appropriately gathered and present. Additional duties included food preparation, cooking, supervise cleaning, and ensuring assigned task were completed.
