Accomplishments
●Concurrently managed 15-20 Information Technology matters across 20 years of service.
●Installed, upgraded and integrated more than 10 Enterprise Applications with millions of dollars at stake related to high-profile Human Resources and Payroll for various corporate entities.
●Oversaw all system changes related to SOX compliance. Devised requirements for development and quality assurance testing as well as appropriate sign offs with documentation of sign offs and changes at scheduled meetings. The packages were then made ready at SOX review as necessary.
●Maintained library of all technical drawings for all HR and Payroll artifacts. This includes all hardware (Database Servers, Application Servers, Web Servers, Load Balancers) for all Development, QA and Production environments. This also includes all of the databases (Oracle, SQLServer etc.) for the different environments. This also includes all of the Kronos time environments and all of the databases and interfaces with all of the clocks in all of the locations around the country.

Performed inventory of devices necessary to implement Epic within the AdventHealth facility. Also performed technical testing on devices such as lap top computers, desktop computers, Workstations On Wheels (WOWs) main area printers, and various label printers. Performed Inpatient testing on various assets on all floors in the facility. Installed various software packages such as imprevata and equipment such as badge reads and scanners.
