As a TRD I kept in touch with my OPPS manger through a walkie, as I helped unload the trailers, I managed to keep in touch with my manger, him giving the information of what dock doors need to be opened or closed, when I TDR trailer in, I would go through the steps, safely open the dock door so trailer could be unloaded. I would watch for when trailers were empty and complete so I could safely and securely close out that dock to bring in another trailer to be unloaded. wing cutter
