The “driverless cars” cars are in Phoenix, Chandler and San Francisco, California. When the call comes in, a camera populates which shows the inside of the vehicle, the outside and everything around the vehicle. All calls are inbound, but on a rare occasion sometimes I would have to call the rider and or driver. I was also responsible for answering any emails and chats from the riders or the “Autonomous Specialist”.
