I was brought in to develop a training program that would include training of all staff including sales, finance, management, and manufacturing.
Much of this was done for staff virtually all over the country.
This entailed designing a training facility, and programs include testing, good documentation practices, and one on one teaching. This challenge included all levels of existing education. Being bi-lingual in Spanish aided me in training additional staff with more comfort using their own country’s dialect.
