Emaar Properties, Dubai: Project value of AED 750 million consisting of two residential towers (48 & 54 storey tall) and a podium.

a) Organizing weekly Quality Assurance meeting with the contractor, preparing quality daily report and sharing the important documents with the Project Management Consultants. b) Performing duties that include supervision, quality control, coordination and survey review. c) Supervise and inspect the scope of construction activities that include providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordinating with contractor site management activities. d) Review and comment on contractor’s Method Statements and Material Submittals. e) Issue Site Observation reports on works and Non Conformance Report to the contractor. f) Report to Resident Engineer about site progress. United Group Holdings, Abu Dhabi: Project value of AED 50 million consisting of labor accommodation (G+4).

a) Inspect the structural, architectural works and materials at site. b) Prepare site progress and quality report for the Client. c) Review the Method Statements and Material Submittals. d) Issue Site Observation, make project decisions and prepare Non Conformance Report (NCR) to the contractor.

Deira Waterfront Development, Dubai: Project value of AED 50 million consisting of a car parking building (G+8).

a) Overall supervision of all structural and architectural works. b) Review the Method Statements and Material Submittals. c) Coordinate with the MEP and liaise with sub-contractors and other authorities. d) Issue Site Observation and Non Conformance Report (NCR) to the contractor. e) Supervise and monitor project progress, timely completion and maintaining safety as per standards.

Damac Properties, Dubai: Project value of AED 200 million consisting of five buildings (G+P+5). a) Inspect structural, architectural works and materials at site. b) Initiate Site Observation and Non Conformance Report(NCR). c) Prepare weekly report for the Client.
