Project Management: Increased associate engagement by 110% by designing and implementing “Called to Shine” digital recognition platform. Within the first year, there were 427,000 recognitions given, 91,000 were boosted, and 85% associate participation.
Leadership: Designed subsidiary and segmentation strategy for business units, lead change management, and organizational design solutions, as well as associate experience (AX) and workforce planning solutions for Directors through VP-level Groups, Market, Medical Groups, Shared Services, and Innovation Groups. VCU HEALTH SYSTEM • PROJECT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES • Richmond, VA • 2019-2021 Virginia Commonwealth University Health System is an urban, comprehensive academic medical center in central Virginia established to preserve and restore health for all people through innovation in service, research, and education. VCUHS employs over 13,000 employees regionally. Project Management: Led a team of 15 as a project manager, implementing a $2.9M Workday ERP for Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain to alleviate the strain of non-medical tasks on the clinical staff and realizing $150K in savings annually by collapsing 20 disparate systems. Payroll processing times decreased by 56% and by leveraging AI/ML, certain functions were automated, and real-time dashboards created. Strategic Management: Consulted with business partners to deliver HR services to support business strategies. Provided HR policy guidance and interpretation, along with consultation on legal and regulatory requirement to ensure compliance and reduce legal risks. Consulted with the business leaders on organization design and change management. Provided guidance and input on restructures, as well as workforce and succession planning. Analyzed trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Training: Developed and provided training for leaders before, during, and after Workday ERP implementation. Developed templates, training curriculum, and dashboards for clients in Cornerstone OnDemand. Designed and conducted training for 50 leaders on performance potential grids, pulse engagement surveys, and identified key success factors within their workforce.
