Meetings with Contractor on weekly basis to review the plan of activities, 3 WLA, material ETA and any other concern that is hindering to get progress. Giving support and guidance to Contractor to open workfront and estimate manpower necessary to achieve the plan. Discusión with contractors CM looking for the best scenery analyzing current and future conditions related to subsystem and system, mechanical completion and categorizing punches.

Internal inter disciplines coordination to open work front to others. Push and tracking subcontractor on daily basis to be on track. Look in advance for any constrain affecting progress and implement strategy recovering plan.

Responsible for the erection of steel structure (16.000 T) related to piperack, structures, shelters, equipment and miscellaneous, special piping supports as well as platforms, ladders, handrails and grating for all platforms on columns, vessel and other equipment. Coordination with the steel structure vendors for fabrication to complete rack and handover them for dancing floor for piping erection purposes. Solving engineering problems as well as fabrication problems. Push subcontractor to be on track and prepare plans looking 3 months in advance. Coordination with civil, piping and E&I teams.
Handover structures for grouting, equipment installation and for fire proofing, responsible for schedule QC inspection for welding, tightening, survey for alignment and plumbness. Guide subcontractors and given them our schedule to achieve in timely manner all milestones as per the plan. Coordination with structural engineers for validating site proposals accepted on site and its evaluation with civil/underground and piping teams to sort any problem which can cause delay or schedule's impact. Follow up with procurement department on material to be delivered to site. In charge of all MCC for all system related to the structures.

Responsible as Civil and Structural Engineer for the Civil, Structural and Architecture (CSA) disciplines and final quality of products for the FEED, ITB of the Gas Treatment Project. Assisting and responsible during tendering process for all queries and proposal from bidders in civil and structural area. Matrix evaluation on technical proposal submitted by bidders. Revision with cost control and contract administrator about the technical proposal to review the cost associated to the work breakdown system. Supporting procurement department during commercial proposal from bidders.
Gas treatment Plant Project which will be built in Iraq at West Qurna 2 area under JV between Lukoil and SOC from Iraq Oil & GAS Company. Review of calculation related to piling, foundation of piperack, equipment, building as well as structural steel calculation for modules and piperack stick built. Coordination with interface group in order to set up all new tie-ins, data and details. Following design calculation for Substations, process buildings and buildings on administrative area or non-process building.
Coordination with Gas Turbine Power Plant project GTPP to set up the tie-ins and the engineering needed to supply gas to support the expansion of the existing GTPP.
The concept for this project is to modularize at second generation 80% of the piperack in yards outside Iraq, skid module from vendor shops and Substations with mixed construction, modules and stick build.
Responsible for all technical requirements and participation to develop the EPC scope of work package and ITB (Invitation to Bid) during the tendering process, clarification to bidders during technical evaluation in order to receive technical offers from bidders, for evaluating, qualifying and preparation of final evaluation matrix. Participating in project PEER review and Quality Risk Assessment team.
Assisting and supporting Contract and Procurement department during commercial bidder’s offers evaluation. Revision of breakdown, MTO and schedule.
As member of the Civil Lukoil community I was reviewing and participating in the elaboration of Lukoil Engineering Practices Scope of work assisting Lukoil T&P Corporate division.

Coordination of all interfaces, civil, piping, electrical and instrumentation for engineering and construction between Borouge 3 Project and external OPCO’s companies (TAKREER,GUP and GASCO) related to the pipelines interconnections; foundation for pig launcher/receivers, steel pipe supports, consumer receiver station, metering station. Coordination between Borouge 3 and Borouge existing plant for all interfaces tie-ins related to piping, civil, instrumentation and electrical points. Coordination of all interfaces between all EPC packages in Borouge 3 Project.
Piping tie-in coordinator during Borouge shut down to carry out pipeline interconnections with new Borouge 3 plant. Linking construction and commissioning activities. Mechanical walk downs for systems and subsystems, mechanical certifications, PSSR and RFSU stage.
Acting as CM during rotational periods. Follow up overall construction progress, meeting with Contractor and participating in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and agreeing schedule.

Construction coordination for connecting 132 KV cables from Borouge 3 plant main Substation to be connected in GUP/TAKREER main Substation which supply power to Borouge 3 plant. Design of layout for GIS equipment on site.

As leader of the discipline in the Technical Engineering Superintendence I have responsibilities in all concrete and steel design for industrial facilities in the plant. Participation on projects starting from conceptual, basic and detailed engineering giving instruction and guidelines to get best solution taken in account cost, safety and time. Knowledge and handling of the Staad.pro structural software to calculate steel and concrete structures. Coordination with all disciplines, piping, electrical and instrumentation all design according latest codes as ACI, UBC, ASCE like this GEMS from TEXACO. Civil leader to follow up the capex projects to improve the process of the plant, all these capex project were awarded for a external consultant, definition of the scope of work, material requisition, bill of quantities. During turnover; reception, verification, walk down of all structural and civil system such as steel structure, concrete, finish grading, underground systems, roads and paving to accept them or to identified deviation during workshop fabrication, installation at construction. As civil participate in the revision named Pre Start Up Safety Review together with rest of the disciplines. Management of Chance done for all civil changes, improves, modifications.

Position Title: Sr. Civil and Structural Engineer/Sr.Civil field engineer
Assignment of the Technical Management as part of the disciplinary team for the preparation of the document for request of proposal for Valcor II project, scope of work, bill of quantities, so review of the different possibilities to install the piping design layout and structural support between plants, means El Chaure and PLC existing oil refineries and the construction of the new units into the existing installations.
Related to the activities for Valcor I Project: revision of the Civil and structural detail engineering to be approved for construction of the new process plant which will improve the quality, capacity of the petroleum products that current produce. This revision include all areas such as underground drainage systems, equipment foundations, structure for equipment, substations, and pipe rack, according to PDVSA codes and international standards, such as ASCE, UBC, ASTM and so on.
As field engineer, following of the construction, clarification to the subcontracts in possible problems during of the performance of the construction, besides to define and review the possible changes to the design required for site conditions or alternative different to improve and accelerate the construction.
