●Assisted clients in understanding their available options and helped them select the right service plans for their needs.
●Other duties included ensuring all paperwork being turned into upper management was completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner.
●As a Watch Commander, I also worked closely with the public, speaking with them on the phone and assisting them with their needs.

●I began as a manager in this daycare which served 100 families. My duties were to oversee 18 employees. Scheduling of training (mandated for operation through the state) was a must. Employees had to have 18 hours of continuing education each year, as well as CPR/First Aid, all of which had to be scheduled and completed for compliance with the Licensing Department.
●Proper management and completion of all necessary paperwork was overseen as part of my duties.
●Customer service skills are a must when dealing with the public and their children.
●Communicated effectively with other employees and upper management (and later as sole proprietor) to ensure complete care of the needs of the customers and their children.
