Job Seeking
As an elementary school teacher, I want to supplement my income. I am seeking a part time, at home job that I can do on my schedule. I am available to work many evenings and some weekends, but I do not have a schedule that allows me to work on a schedule. I am looking to work 10-20 hours a week.

● Taught Fourth Grade for 17 years and currently in my fourth year of Third Grade. Each year I impact 40-60 students.
● Captivate, encourage, and engage a classroom filled with an average of 21 Third Grade students through classroom-wide, small group, and individual learning activities with regards to the district's goals and objectives.
● Plan and execute detailed lesson plans for 3 subjects each week.
● Acquire and prep materials for hands-on learning activities daily.
● Flex communication style when collaborating with students, parents, coworkers, and administration to ensure the message is accurately interpreted.
● Modify teaching plans when working with students who have additional learning challenges, diagnosed disabilities or not.
● Analyze and interpret data from nationally normed tests to identify gaps in students' learning and create unique growth plans to ensure educational success.
● Launched UIL Storytelling Team last year, which doubled in student size this year, for students who are passionate about recounting stories.

● Created Third Grade online curriculum in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. This required in depth review of the TEKS while creating a year's worth of lessons for teachers to use for their remote students. Lessons included engagement, direct instruction and assessments, both formal and informal.
● Participate in the District Improvement Committee and District of Innovation Committee after receiving nomination. These committees review policies and procedures to allow the district greater local control in educational decision-making and advise the board in

● Working out. Nothing like getting hot and sweaty by choice.
