Provided Aldi management project support & communications. Leveraged technical experience & problem-solving skills implementing sustainable corrective actions when necessary. Averaged 100% correct loading, 98% overflow reduction each year. Implemented and trained all personnel/drivers on governmental regulations and each company’s loading procedure (SOP) adherence. 100% compliance with FDA-DOT-Local Regulations, no violations in 7-year period.

Restructured transportation, closed 6 locations dispatch operation forming central dispatch in Leesport Pa.
