PTED division installation, commissioning and maintenance activity. Involves Pumps, Mechanical seal system’s, Bag filters, Heat exchangers, Temperature indicators, Pressure indicator and electro pneumatic control valves.

Planning for maintenance and scheduling the sequence of activities.

Engaging manpower as per the sequent of priority in activity.

Handling lean operation to maintain the project budget by controlling and right planning in manpower, material and time.

Handling greenfield project for construction of whole paint shop and Maintenance and shutdown activity as brown field project in paint shops.

Establishing effect of communication channel between the team and ensuring smooth function of business activity.

Coordinating with client, vendor’s and suppliers for the service of damage parts and equipment.

• Installation and fabrication of structures for PEB & other Secondary steels as per Drawing

• Responsible for analysing and resolving complex fabrication issues, before steel (columns / frames Erection).

• Skilled in identifying problems and improving Productivity through process study without errors or NCR’s.

• Handling Welding processes: SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and GMAW using both manual and fully automated techniques. Formulating the Welder Qualification Report (WQR), Welder Performance Qualification Record (WPQR).

• Reviewing manufacturing process specification (MPS), Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Installation Procedure and Calibration certificates & Material Certificates.

• Execution meetings (Kick-off, weekly, monthly Internal and External).

• Ensuring Safe work for the workers as per the HSE policy of the company and conducting TBT in daily basis. Project Handled:
