I ran the company and did everything in the office for 20 years. I kept trucks maintained, tools on trucks and tools maintained, sold and purchased vehicles, accounts payable and accounts receivable, health insurance, company insurance, every quote went out to client through me, created company forms and letters to clients as needed, looked for business work on internet, hired employees, kept office equipment running and computers up to date, weekly payroll, weekly payroll taxes, quarterly payroll taxes, dealt with weekly safety sheets, completed vendor packages for purchasing, submitted invoices and invoice packages to clients. Used Sage Peachtree, Excel, Word and Outlook. Have little experience with Quick Books.
