Worked on the different electric vehicle carlines for full vehicle frontal, side and rear crash performances to meet the FMVSS, NCAP, IIHS and Regulations. Cylindrical & Pouch
- Developed different types of modelling techniques (Homogenous, Heterogenous, Sandwich and Beam) and material model development for jellyroll and cell case.
- Correlated the cell mechanical strength and behavior with the test results & failures.
- Correlated different dimensions and types of cells (Pouch & cylindrical) for their mechanical behavior and strength with the test.
- Having the experience to connect the cell with adjacent parts by using proper connection techniques and contacts in module, battery and full vehicle level.
- Having adequate knowledge to correlate the test results for battery in full vehicle crash simulation.
Hydrogen fuel tank
- Worked on the integration and modeling of hydrogen fuel tanks in vans.

Experienced in developing the full vehicle with good structural integrity to meet the Front, Rear, Side and roll-over crash tests for the NCAP & Regulations.
- Lead for EQXX 2022 Carline – Responsible for frontal crash simulation.
- Developed an EQXX full vehicle structure (BIW and all other modules) from the concept stage to the matured state to meet the European regulation targets within a short period (Less than 8 months).
- Experienced in full vehicle development (EQS, EQC and new S class Carlines) to meet the crash load cases (Front, Side, Rear, Rollover, Load body, Shock loads) for Europe, US markets.
- Worked on New concepts & designs for structures, Composite structures and materials, new Manufacturing designs (hydro form tubes, casting, Mega cast parts, honeycomb)
- Closely worked with CAD-CAE-Manufacturing teams to develop a product/design/prototype which will be implemented in series production. Material Modelling
