PROFESSIONAL CAREER
Creating all forms of media for the Airport Customer Service and Cargo Learning Department.
Setup the first media team for ACS/CGO Learning & Development Dept. This included adhering to budget limitations when purchasing needed equipment, as well as maintaining an inventory list.
Efficiently completed multiple projects including video training, motion graphics, 3d animations, and VR/AR simulation. Measuring feedback from learners, showed an increase in course completions, engagement, and retention of knowledge. Successfully built and maintained a new studio for video and photography shoots. This included battery charging stations, and lighting and other equipment storage. This provided a more robust and productive way to quickly complete high value video shoots.
Sr. Multimedia Designer/Developer
Delta Air Lines AUG 2022 - Present
Collaborating closely with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to successfully develop training products tailored for diverse departments at Coca-Cola.
Received excellent feedback from learners on numerous video projects I produced and delivered. These “New” video projects integrated motion graphics and 3D animated models, enhancing visual context for diverse learner needs.
Minimized costs by equipping and operating a studio, which allowed us to stream, high quality live training sessions, to technicians across the US. This approach allowed us to deliver high-quality training without incurring expenses related to travel, accommodations, and the logistical challenge of transporting equipment like Coca-Cola machines to multiple locations. Savings were in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Effectively converted CAD files to 3d models that could be used in video and graphical presentations delivering more options for instructional guidance.

Using UI/UX design, we developed and maintained a proprietary web-based e-learning platform for the Signal School’s WIN-T program. This included interactive multimedia training products across over 20 courses hosted on the eUniversity website's Life- long Learning Center. Primarily using Figma and Adobe XD to collaboratively design layouts and interactives for the LMS used by military students. Constructed templates using HTML, CSS, & JavaScript, allowing instructional designers to create lessons & courses right inside of our LMS but separate from the “Live” version, which greatly increased productivity.
Collaborated closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to create media assets, including video, 2D/3D graphics, motion graphics, interactives, and simulations for e-learning on our proprietary system. Utilizing tools like 3D Studio Max, Blender, After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop, we developed videos, animations, and graphics guided by their expertise and input.
Greatly improved Multimedia training products by conducting classroom observations, documenting instructor/student feedback on lessons.
Managed media assets and taught new hires on standard operating procedures, and Multimedia guidelines.
Awarded the ‘Eagle Award” for building the 3d model of the Tactical Communications Node (TCN). This model was then brought into our Unity Engine, military simulations application. Student soldiers submitted feedback on how the simulation greatly assisted their understanding of the TCN operations. Sr. Multimedia Designer/Developer
MOSAIC DOD Contractor DEC 2019 - OCT 2021
Successfully implemented a wide range of multimedia tasks such as video production, photography, graphic design, motion graphics, 3D modeling/animation,and visual effects to strengthen training programs for improved safety and security measures. Effectively launched and sustained a new Knowledge Preservation Management (KPM) database, enhancing training and
documentation updates across a large and broad user base. Received praise for rapidly capturing video and editing of events, conferences, and dignitary messages, efficiently distributing them across multiple formats and platforms.
Created visually appealing graphics for use in presentations, videos, seminars, and conferences for several departments and management personnel.
Completed Radiological Worker Training, and Derivative Classifier training, enabling me to be safely productive in hazardous environments as well as keeping classified data secure. Sr. Media Specialist
