Work History
Campus Technology Assistant 08/2022 to Current
Glendale Union High School District – Phoenix, AZ
I collaborated with the bookstore, media center director, and Assistant Principal of Operations and Resources to develop a process for loaning Chromebooks to students who forgot them for the day. If students did not return the devices at the end of the day, they were locked. I also initiated the cessation of loaning Chromebook chargers to students. Prior to my position, students were allowed to borrow chargers, which resulted in multiple charges on their accounts, adding work for the bookstore and financial burden on parents. Additionally, chargers lacked tracking codes. Instead, students could borrow a charger from a friend or an extra from a teacher if needed. This change reduced charger inventory loss and decreased the workload for the bookstore.
Since I am frequently on campus for other projects, I also trained the media center director—who students first approach with tech issues—on various troubleshooting steps. This reduced the wait time for students, as they no longer had to wait for me if I was occupied. If the media center director could not resolve the issue, I could be contacted via cell phone to provide assistance or return if necessary. This initiative helped minimize the loss of essential class time for students. In addition, I also track missing/ stolen student and teacher devices through Aruba networking to locate last known access points that the device pinged off in order to recover them.
Soccer Coach, 11/2019 to Current
Washington High School – Phoenix, AZ
Sales Associate/ Part-Time Assistant Manager, 07/2020 to 09/2022
Big 5 Sporting Goods – Phoenix, AZ
I collaborated with the head manager to organize inventory for athletic equipment and shoes, focusing on the most requested items. I initiated displays based on the sports season and arranged the most requested shoes in a single section to make it easier to showcase them to customers.
Operations Associate, 09/2018 to 06/2020
Amazon Central Operations – Tempe, AZ
I oversaw several Excel programs used to track staffing and orders, and I adjusted staffing levels across various Whole Foods facilities. Additionally, I managed the production of hundreds of employee badges for these facilities. I devised a method to process the badge list through multiple Excel programs, enabling the efficient mass production, hole punching, and registration of badges.
