• Answer Inbound calls from Exclusive/Independent Agents and Customer’s, working together to resolve issues pertaining to Customer Policies

• Knowledgeable with Home, Auto, and Umbrella coverages and how they work with each other and independently.

• Working understanding of Product line for company and able to resolve any issues that may arise pertaining to issues with the system or problems that may occur.

• Work with Agents to make sure coverages are available on policies in relation to the customer policies and that each policy qualifies for coverages selected, while working with Agents to keep the rates at a reasonable cost for customers.

• Break down billing for Agents and Customer's, send Billing Request and Billing Inquiries when necessary for Agent's and Customer's to get any Billing Issues resolved.

• Take Payments from Agents and Customer's when needed and set up Payment Arrangements as necessary for Policies.

• Submit Research Request to IT and Resource Team when problems appear that may not be resolved over the phone.

• Follow up with Agents via email or phone when working on problems or billing request that require additional time to work on for Agent.

• Ensures that proper documentation is done in notes for each policy accessed. Complies with company standards to keep record of conversation and changes that were done to policies, or potential changes that were quoted on the policy.

• Input Vehicle Service Contracts and GAP Contracts from various Auto, Powersports, RV/Motorhome dealership around the country.

• Verify that Contracts rate correctly while inputting data, making sure vehicles qualify for plans selected on Service contracts and rates are correct.

• On GAP contracts, determine if contracts and vehicles qualify for coverage based on state laws and regular.
