Implementing and sharping these key skill sets throughout my years actively working alongside customer service my managing team granted me the role of assistant manager duties listed, leading weekly team meetings to discuss project progress and ensure alignment on goals, communicating complex technical information stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, also collaborating with cross functional teams to streamline processes and improve project efficiency showcasing proficiency in information management skills. Under the management of these companies such Taste Buds Managment, Dickie Brenna's, and Creole cuisine to name a few working in different areas throughout each establishment (FOH)&(BOH) to become the role of key holder for Taste Buds Managment at their now closed sister restaurant" Semolina", tragically short lived by the Covid-9 epidemic forcing us to close our doors. Soon after branching out to "Palace Cafe" a three- story restaurant dealing in fine dining my customer service knowledge/abilities were sharpened and perfected over the cores of my stay with them.
