Build chassis and sub-assemblies according to BOM, blueprints, schematics, and ECO’s .

Upload and download parameter files, test files, macro files, and configuration files to each individual robot according to specification.

Performed characterization test using Brooks’ internal software, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.

Performed repeatability test on robots with KLA Tencor System, and Smart controller.

Orthogonally test chamber for accurate measurements on five axis robots end-effector using Cimcore, Tektronix, lasers, and Brooks’ internal software.
